Founded by two Le Cordon Bleu-trained chefs, Ali and Mustafa.

Mustafa, industrious and tireless, the engine of our kitchen with his never-ending, infinite energy and unbelievable talent for being able to see the funny side of everything. Hailing from Izmir on Turkey's west coast, he’s got that special Izmir charm. His passion for cooking sparked in Barcelona while studying, and he honed his skills at Le Cordon Bleu in London, graduating with highest honours. After working in kitchens with renowned chefs, and launching his own culinary consultancy in London, he crossed paths with Ali, and together they founded paket.

Ali, the relentlessly curious and detail-oriented one who has the habit of coming up with the most tedious and labour intensive dishes, ideas or techniques to ruin Mustafa’s life in the kitchen. He was blessed to be born and bred in the immensely multi-cultural city of Istanbul before moving to London. We think that his choice of Le Cordon Bleu, London has something to do with his upbringing at competitive institutions like Robert College and Koc University of Istanbul and him enjoying and then swiftly leaving his corporate career. Upon his graduation from LCB he too started his own company in London and has ever since been cooking for a living from pop-up events to professional kitchens.
